Liberty is #1 for sure, but it's hard to exercise one's liberty when you're at room temperature because the Commander-in-Chief has forgotten his primary duty.... Protecting the American People from our enemies

I had a dear friend who gave his life for our country in Vietnam. He had never been out of the state of Ohio when he got drafted
So sorry, but everytime I look at that pathetic, money grubbing, Kennedy wannabe, elitist snob Kerry...and knowing how he uses his service in Vietnam to solicit votes....I see the face of James William Lunsford.
Do you STILL want to know who I'm going to vote for?

Dang, and I was so eloquent too.

I'm not against 3rd parties either IP...
I just think a realistic look at things shows a 3rd Party candidate cannot win in a Presidential election.
I believe that working at getting the congressional conservative strengths beefed up is the best course of action for 3rd party activism.

ok, ok you two, we can have our liberty and we can have our safety. BUT, WE NEED TO KEEP KERRY OUT OF THE BIG WHITE HOUSE ON PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE!!!!
To: nopardons
"Dead, " liberty " will mean nothing to you. :-)Good thing our founding fathers didn't have that attitude.

You
VOTED FOR CLINTON IN '96 ?
You VOTED FOR CLINTON because Dole made Viagra adds ?
You VOTED FOR CLINTON And call your self a Conservative and imagine yourself to be politically savvy ?
After four years of Clinton as president and you STILL VOTED FOR CLINTON IN '96 and expect any of us to accept ANYTHING you have to say about politics ?
To: Godebert
OK OK, how many Liberties have you lost under George W. Bush, Scratch that... How many have you lost in your entire lifetime? No Black Helicopter stuff, just real honest to goodness Liberties you have lost?

If I was an "oppressed minority", a homosexual, an athiest, a single mother on welfare, or some other kind of creep, goofball or parasite I would vote for Kerry. But I am not any of those, so why would I vote with the Democrat base? Gotta vote Bush.
To: Senator Pardek
Why? I'm really a very nice, kind, intelligent person; not to mention likable. :-)
To: deport
I stand corrected. Never-the-less, I'm proud to be counted among the 98,000 Americans who still believe the Constitution means exactly what it says.

If the third party was smart, they'd use the GOP like the commies and socialists used the dems. The infrastructure is in place, everything they need for a gradual change can be found without establishing credibility, just start changing within. It's much more feasible than trying to convince 50 million to vote for a new party.
To: Hand em their arse
That's exactly my pont! :-)
To: Godebert
Channeling again, or are you using an ouija board now ?
To: Jim Robinson
My point is that it's hard to get a real Conservative on the bench no matter who appoints them. I think much more attention should be paid to this issue.
Attention is the flow that gets things done.
I don't understand why we don't call the Dem's bluff on their filibusters. To filbuster is their right, but we also have the right to wait it out, as I understand. Furthermore, I fail to understand why Republicans don't/ havent filibustered in return--even against Lib appointees by Republican Politicians/Presidents.
It must work both ways.
Turn about is fair play.
