[history]
And that was in a game against Canada on Thursday before just 1,500 people.
A game Tuesday in neighboring Guadalajara will determine whether the U.S. under-23 soccer team heads to the Athens Games.
"This is what it is all about," coach Glenn Myernick said. "You are 90 minutes away from being in the Olympics."

No you don't. Illegal aliens ARE criminals, by definition IOW, people who cross the border to clean toilets and wash dishes are worse criminals than a 37 year old guy named Smith who is charged with killing a 11 year old girl.

This sickens me to no end. These people have no classThe Mexican crowd hooted "The Star-Spangled Banner." It booed U.S. goals. It chanted "Osama! Osama! Osama!" as U.S. players left the field with a 2-0 victory.
As millions of Mexicans defecate on our sovereignty daily, while trashing our laws routinely, while creating epic criminal and economic chaos in America.
Wake the h@ll up America!

"Neither do the English soccer hooligans, and I guess you stereotype all the English as having no class."
There's a BIG difference here... Let's assume for one the sake of argument that the English would boo the Americans and chant "Osama" over and over... (they would not, however).
But the English aren't sending over vast hordes of their population, taking over American culture, refusing to integrate within it, having children for the purpose of staying in the U.S., and sending back U.S. dollars to their families. That's why it's insulting and outrageous.
It's the same reminder we had with Canada last spring--the U.S. dollar is fine... but the country that comes with it is not (according to them).
Fine... they want Osama to obliterate us... then they need to stay home.

You'd better get used to it, your grandchildren will undoubtedly learn to speak spanish as a necessity As English becomes the lingua franca of the world. Oops I'm sorry I used a Latin phrase and since Latin is the mother tongue of Spanish, I guess that is your proof that Spanish is taking over.

Hmmm. Maybe because as opposed to the random soccer violence of England, (and, indeed, much of europe) Mexicans actively display hatred and loathing for our great nation, while at the same time invading it. This invasion manifests itself in the corruption and pollution of our culture, the skyrocketing crime rate, and the litter and refuse Mexicans leave in their wake. Now, Dane, who is the greater threat to the American people? There is absolutely no comparison. Dane is in here to provide a distraction. Pretty weak, those distractions no longer work, and most can see them for what they are.

IMHO, soccer is fun to play, but tedious to watch. As an ex-very-serious player...I agree.
Ever since I quit playing, I've been only a very casual fan.
That old league you were thinking of was the NASL. They almost got their act together in the late '70's with the NY Cosmos, TB Rowdies, etc. but probably expanded too far and too fast. I think the league folded in '82.

I didnt know the ENGLISH were crashing our borders and setting up barrios ,refusing to learn anything about the culture of the country they are invading ,and whats more I would bet that the hooligans you refer to are second generation immigrants, AMERICA is not alone when it comes to illegal or legal immigration, we have a right to bark and we will continue to do so get used to it.
To: Gaffer
Perhaps, but I am going to fight it any way I can. President Bush may be safe from his Conservative Constituents because we've got nobody else to vote for, because we would never vote for John F-ing Kerry. But I'm damn sure not happy with his Mexican proposal and I hope he gets his head screwed on straight. I thought I left this behind when I moved from Florida, I guess I was wrong.

And you know that how? I wouldn't doubt that some English hooligan would say that, and I wouldn't stereotype the whole Engish people as being the same as that hooligan.

IOW, people who cross the border to clean toilets and wash dishes are worse criminals than a 37 year old guy named Smith who is charged with killing a 11 year old girl. So, you support breaking the law when you feel it is appropriate? You said:
I focus my anger at all criminals, no matter their race, creed, or color.
