Ditto. That's why I'm glad I'm out of Bennett's district. He's useless.

It seems appropriate in cases like this that a torture warrant is a needed tool for law enforcement. When there is a life-threatening situation such as an abduction or potential terrorist activity, and the suspect will not cooperate, then torture should be used in order to get that information. It cannot be used in order to gain an admission of guilt, only to get information about potential life saving information.
