Whenever someone commits a hideous crime people who know the perp always say nice things and are shocked. I am sure the neighbors also were not privy to his extensive record or they would have been watching him all the time.

That is my point though. There is nothing that people saw that could have predicted he would kill a little girl.

I'm a really rotten neighbor who acts totally suspicious but I don't commit any crimes.
