The Henrico County bomb squad is investigating a device found in a retention pond behind the Cultural Arts Center in Glen Allen. We're told that suspicious wires and blasting caps were removed from the scene by the bomb squad. There are no reports of injuries and the Cultural Arts Center was not evacuated.
