I must have missed this one. I don't know if anyone else did. Remember I believe it was LayoutGuru2 that posted one of Daleel's messages stating that the U.S. would be embarrased that they let someone get escaped at the time that they caught #41 this past weekend as if the person escaped from the jail in Fallujah.

Well I guess this is who Daleel was speaking of.

Iraqi resistance leader captured From correspondents in Baghdad

A LEADING figure in the resistance around the Iraqi flashpoint town of Fallujah was captured by US forces yesterday during a gun battle in which four soldiers were also wounded, the US military said today.

In a pre-dawn operation near the rebel town, 50 kilometres west of Baghdad, US troops killed one person and caught nine others, including Sadun Mishan, believed to be an anti-coalition cell leader in the region, a military statement said.

A second alleged ringleader, Yasin Hamdi Asef, targeted in the attack by the US military, escaped.

Fallujah, a town which lies in the so-called Sunni Triangle, has become the hotbed of insurgent activity in Iraq.

Gunmen staged a spectacular daylight raid with automatic weapons and rocket-propelled grenades against the main police station and an Iraqi Civil Defence Corps post in the town on Saturday, leaving 23 policemen dead and freeing some 70 criminals.

Congressman Chuck Grassley knows this and he does not attend the regularly scheduled CIA briefings ... they come to him with information.

Another person is on this forum, but I will not identifiy him at this time. When he wants to speak, he will.

There are at least two other websites reporting this info. I've done my research... time for a few other people to do theirs it seems.

It is quite robust, very sophisticated, and as you can see in my post above... they know he ain't coming back.

Additionally, NEIN recieved another confirmation on the capture of OBL. This one I was advised of in a phone call I recieved from Doug Hagmann about 3 hours ago (1 PM EST). This source is active-duty US military. This source stated we do indeed have OBL in custody and he will be "brought forward when the PTB are damn good and ready".

That makes a total of 5 confirmations now on the capture of Osama bin Laden.
