MIAMI BEACH - The city of Miami Beach has reached a $1.5 million settlement with the family of a French sunbather killed last year when she was run over by a police SUV on the beach.
Stephanie Tunc and her sister Sandrine were sunning themselves when they were run over. Sandrine survived but Stephanie died.

No criminal charges were brought against the officer who was driving.Probably because the SUV was at fault.
