He is here to make a major announcement about Homeland Security. He landed here at 10:30.
He's off the plane and greeting the officials at the Air Force Base.
Lindsey Graham, Henry Brown and I can't tell who else is with him. He is shaking hands with the people who work at the base - not military, just plain people.

They are showing pictures of the interstate and they have it completely blocked off. I wish that I could be at Union Pier to see him, I don't care how cold it is out there!!!!
They have traffic going into Charleston at a standstill.
There is a Coast Guard Cutter standing off of the Pier. It is beautiful.
