This photograph is a reminder. Why is it that criminals who appear in public with their faces totally covered are not shot on sight?
Or at the very least arrested, fingerprinted and their photos circulated? To state it another way: how many people do you know who are normal, productive, uninclined to violence who make it a habit to go out in public with a rag wrapped around their heads?

You know, those slithering cowards whose faces are covered look just like terrorists. As such, they are fair game. They should have been taken out then and there.
