Heard a Kerry sycophant saying that Kerry didn't need money from anyone because of his 'personal position' (meaning his rich wife, I guess) so therefore, he didn't have to give the lobbyists anything for their money.
If there's logic or truth to that statement, I am too ignorant to understand.
