How toxic is Ricin in powder form? I have heard of it but don't know if it's as bad as anthrax etc

Ricin is biological in the sense that it comes from castor beans. It's not a biological agent in the "Nuclear, Biological, Chemical" sense of WMDs. It's a chemical agent, a toxin.

If I recall correctly, David Kay reported finding Ricin in Iraq, but not in large quantities.
