How toxic is Ricin in powder form? I have heard of it but don't know if it's as bad as anthrax etc

-- Preliminary field test on substance found in Senate office building indicates presence of biological agent ricin, Homeland Security official says. Ricin is biological in the sense that it comes from castor beans. It's not a biological agent in the "Nuclear, Biological, Chemical" sense of WMDs. It's a chemical agent, a toxin.

If I recall correctly, David Kay reported finding Ricin in Iraq, but not in large quantities.
