God puts whoever He wants in power, that does not justify them. So argue the issues already.

Much better.

I don't agree but it's cogent.

You see Bush as the biggest problem facing America domestically. I see out of control, liberal courts as the biggest problem.

I will base my vote on two things. Who will appoint judges that will not exceed their Article 3 powers and who will kill Americas enemies.

I will risk neither to make a point to anyone.

Since you are a self-awowed losertarian 3rd party voter anyway, your whine about the Republican Party rings rather hollow. The Sunshine Patriots whined about the frost, too.

Well, GIG, you surely don't have to agree with everything the man does; I surely don't.

But do you think you further your argument that he is no better than Kerry, by calling him a "Dictator"?

You have a lot of bad words for and about Bush, but not much to say about Kerry.

If your goal is to send the Republicans a message, there are more constructive ways of doing than calling him names and mocking issues.

You say you are voting Constitution...who is your candidate and what attributes does he/she have that can convince us not voting for Bush will assure us a Representative Republican Congress?

Some of those statistics are highly questionable.

Bush opposes the 1st Amendment.

Good God, man. It's funny how Bush hasn't arrested you yet, considering that we're approaching the fourth year of his administration, and you're still using your free speech to bad mouth him.

But knowing you through your posts, you would criticize Bush for being ineffectual at snuffing out dissenters such as you. "He's weak on enforcement", you'll say.

Keep up your fear. No one with any cajones wants to be seen as weak and afraid as you are.

Oh I know all about AW's and where Kerry is positioning himself.

He is trying to appear, on the surface, in the same place as Bush on guns.

You have to look beneath the surface, like on this comparison, to understand just how big a difference exists between the two men.

Kerry is not a stupid man. He's a pompous ass who badmouthed our fellow soldiers back in his protesting days but he's not stupid.

Some of those statistics are highly questionable.

A few perhaps but for the most part it is an accurate representation of where the two men stand and why those famous words "They're all alike!" is so much balogna.

Kerry would make a terrible president. So you better tell Bush to wake up! Apoligise for his spending spree, and close the borders.

Is Kerry taller, or is Bush?

IMO Bush is the taller man. I base this on the way he stood 'tall' and unwaivering against the entire world and said "We will not falter..we will not fail".

John Kerry is a small man that used his hate for the Viet Nam war to his advantage to advance himself. Now that he is running against a wartime President, he wants everyone to see him as a hero. He's a 'small' man walking in quicksand and getting smaller and smaller and smaller

That's my opinion of 'tall'.....what's your's??

How exactly is a president a dictator. You have read the Constitution, haven't you? *rolls eyes*

And one doesn't really have to look that deep, as Shooter 2.5 showed in post #45. The positions between the two are substantial on most issues.

I have to correct a little of this source. Kerry is even worse. I also posted some of his easiest to find lowlights on bills he cosponsored or sponsored. That's not counting his voting record.

Safety Devices on All New Guns
Actually Kerry wants to ban all so called unsafe guns. The Small Print is from 1997-1998 congress - Bill S2185

Background Checks on Gun Show Purchases

We have that now, but Kerry goes way beyond that by banning gun shows through red tape, through registering all vendors and banning private sales. (1999-2000 - S443)

Require Safety Course, License Before Gun Purchase

Somewhat favor for Kerry? Considering that he pushed for a $10 license fee for ammo dealers, putting ammo under the same rules as firearms, bans all 'armor piercing' ammo that isn't designed for what the Sec of Treasury calls "Sporting purposes", I have no doubt where he really stands.

Allow Lawsuits Against Gun Manufacturers Somewhat Favor

He;s fillibustering....

The Patriot Act Strongly Opposes

He voted for that freedom grab, and now he 'opposes it'??? BS. He had his stance to take a lead on it and he failed immensely as he is a failure of a senator.

The War in Iraq Somewhat Opposes

Didn't he vote for that as well?

Embargo on Cuba Somewhat Favor
Considering he backed PNTR for China, backed the Sandinistas, and also opposed any aid for Afghanastan when they were helping the Soviets, I have to doubt this too. He's likely just staying quiet about it so he doesn't make the Cubans mad like Klinton did.

U.S. Involvement in NAFTA Strongly Favor

And MFN for China too, and I'm making sure this gets out to the union membership since I doubt the union leaders will do so.

Mandatory Labor/Environment Standards in Trade Agreements Somewhat Favor

Bwahahahahha. His past record says otherwise. At least Bush is honest about the trade stances, even if I disagree with them.

Additional Tax Cuts for Businesses Strongly Opposes
Who Hoo! More jobs going overseas. Thanks Johnny.

Also Back in 85-86, he backed increasing superfund by rasing excise taxes.(S Amendment 577)

He also pushed to raise tobacco taxes, and voted for Klinton's 1993 tax.

Tougher Fuel Efficiency Standards Strongly Favor
At the cost of more jobs. -------------

That said, John Kerry is so bad, if he wins, I'll be wishing for the days of Bill Klinton. He's IMO the worst of all the dems running

If Bush is so spiritual then he had better stop pandering to the liberals. They are not moral at all. Conservatives are his only chance...so he had better start pandering to us.
