I don't care, one way or the other.
I do know that about a month ago I was asked by Nielsen to keep a diary of my TV watching for a week, which I did.
I am sure the two hourly programs I did watch that week had some effect on their purpose for asking people to do that.
If it never happens again, it wouldn't matter to me. I know that the crap on TV, regular and cable, is watched by fewer and fewer adults all the time due to the nature of the subject they constantly present.
