I noticed a lot of people are saying it was a "tassle" or pastey. Thanks to the Drudge close up it looked like what a girlfriend of mine had years ago, but hers was a butterfly and not a star, and hers was actually a disk-like decoration that had a hole in it and a piercing held the butterfly onto the nipple through the hole. Wierd I know, but she liked it. But she out grew the piercing after a few months. Then we outgrew each other... but thats another story all together.
