I was switching between the bowl and the news. As soon as I saw Jackson and and those half-dressed dancers, I knew it was sleazy and felt embarassed for the fans. I changed the channel and never went back until the 3rd quarter. I didn't hear about the stunt until this morning.
To say there was "no real warning" isn't completely true. It was trashy from the beginning, from what I could tell.

But I never expected nudity like this. NEVER
Nor would I have thought as a grandparent or parent to expect this level of it on NETWORK tv, at the SUPERBOWL! Did you?
I know what you're saying, and it was sleazy.. but I didn't think it would be like this, did you? Not to this level.
It was beyond shocking. A bare breast suddenly appearing...
It was nudity.. and INDECENT EXPOSURE was *forced* upon hundreds of thousands of unsuspecting innocent children under the age of 12 (Not to mention those under 18 whose parents don't believe their kids should be seeing this kind of thing).
There were a lot of outraged parents at work today.
