...Yesterday Gov. ARNOLD refused to commute KEVIN COOPER's Feb. 10th execution, saying...

.."I have carefully weighed the claims presented in KEVIN COOPER's plea for clemency. Everything establishing his guilt is overwhelming, and his conversion to faith and his mentoring of others, while commendable, do not diminish the cruelty and destruction he has inflicted on so many. ...Two days after escaping from a Chino prison in June 1983, COOPER hacked Doug and Peggy Ryan, both 41, their 10 year-old daughter, Jessica, and 11 year-old house guest Christopher Hughes to death with a hatchet and a buck knife.

...His throat slashed, the family's then 8 year-old son, Josh, was the only survivor.

...The CLINTONS' Defending Att. LANNY DAVIS announced he will file an appeal with the California State Supreme Court on Monday.

...was KEVIN COOPER's escaping the Minimum Security Section of Chino Prison thru a California Corrections Officer's clerical error and then his landing inside the 1983 Chino Hills home of his victim Ryan Family.

...Chino, Califorina's ressurection began in 1984 when it was the host city for the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics Shooting Events.

...Chino, California did not deserve 'The OC' just like Chino Hills, California did not deserve a murderous invasion.

Isn't the 2004 Presidential Race Vote just about why this Washington, D.C. based CLINTON Defense Attorney LANNY DAVIS now suddenly finds himself emersed in a far out west California murder case..?

Wow - there's even more to this I can tell - before Cooper escaped to California, he was being held in a Pennsylvania State Mental Institution whose property butted right up against my property in the early 80's. While this facility had a forensics unit in which Cooper was kept (for the criminally insane - and I don't know why he was originally placed there) some idiotic psychiatrist gave this Psycho a Ground Pass for "good behavior" (he could take a bus into town, do a little shopping, and then have to return to the facility). The creep immediately went AWOL and broke into one of my neighbor's home, brutally raped and beat their 18 year old daughter (my little sister was best friends with her little sister) and then hitchhiked to CA where he slaughtered that family.

Why he was a forensics patient and let out on a ground pass never quite got answered - instead of hanging the shrink who authorized it, they proposed to put up a fence around the facility (which never did happen).
