Not gonna do it.
The Medicare thing....1/3 cost "error" in two months, is the final straw for me.
I'm off the Republican plantation so far as the Presidential election.

I don't like the drug bill, but I do like the incrementalism that is part of it. My children need the medical savings account part of it for their children. This bill is a small step toward reform. Dubya campaigned on this in 1999, so why are you suprised he kept his word?
See the above links for many more reasons to support him in 2004.

Just what do you think Jean F. Cheri is going to do as President. Take up knitting needles? He'll make President Bush look like a conservative when he unveils his budget.

The Medicare thing....1/3 cost "error" in two months, is the final straw for me. And getting the millions of socialists he's bringing in from Mexico to be in on Medicare --- even when they aren't here legally nor retired was completely absurd. Now Medicare is being used to have Americans pay for the free health care we plan to give foreigners who don't want to pay for it themselves.

The Medicare thing....1/3 cost "error" in two months, is the final straw for me. Remember:
1. Withdrew from Kyoto.
2. Withdrew from ABM treaty.
3. Said "No" to the World Court.
4. Will sign ban on partial-birth abortion.
5. Revitalized and inspired the U.S. Military.
6. Kicked butt in Afghanistan and Iran.
7. Told the UN -- to its face -- that it was about to go the way of the League of Nations if it didn't shape up.
8. Passed tax cuts, got the economy going again.
The Bush Administration, even with all those accomplishments, has not been able to take full control of the executive branch, because of Senate obstructionism by Democrats. (The judges are one thing; you should keep track of the obstructed appointments to agencies.)
The proposed guest worker program will never pass in that form.
The prescription drug program contains the seeds of medical savings accounts, just about the only way to bring that cost monster under control.
George W.'s greatest dream is reforming Social Security on free-market terms. He's getting there.
Heavens, what do you want? Bush has to operate in the real world. It ain't easy.

Don't let the door of reality and freedom hit you in your "principled"(meaning unappeasable, love to whine, can't wait to get my kudos from the DNC/LP {same thing}) posterior on the way out. You're not a loss, you never were a gain.

If you are off the GOP reservation and do not vote for President Bush you will probably be looking for more and bigger 9-11's.
That does not make good sense to me. But, only time will tell.
I would prefer to have adults in charge of the nation rather than hateful, angry and spoiled children. Adults = elephants and children = donkeys

I don't like the Medicare bill either. But you do realize that the Democrats are going to spend more and they don't like the bill because it doesn't spend ENOUGH?
How is not voting going to help the spending situation?
