You are so correct that this election will be the most important with respect to Supreme Court judges. If we keep GWB can we really expect that he will do better than his father? Souter has been a disaster. I think some of the liberal judges did not quit because they want a Dem in the WH when they retire. Wouldn't it be something that in GWB's trashing of the Constitution we get judges that will further the damage. If GWB only stood tall and strong and was a true Conservative, at least when he loses we can't say he didn't try.
