"This has the fingerprints of Chalabi all over it. Why are we falling for this again form that unreliable source? This is not a CIA list but a list put out by the Ministry of Oil released to a Chalabi controlled Baghdad paper. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me moment here. I am sure there is some truth to this list but bullsh*t info is always easier to sell if mixed in with some truth.
Why isn't anyone googling the name of this newspaper? Because the news is what we want to hear? That is bad intel analysis.
PS: In no place on that list is bribe mentioned-just contracts and the Chalabi newspaper is calling them (spinning them as) bribes. Which allows follow up news reporting to source this paper when they start using the word bribe. Classic disinformation campaign 101.
Why? For what reason?
