Tim Bueler, like many cocksure 17-year-olds, is strident in expressing his political beliefs.

And, to him, the Republican Party leans too far to the left.

That was the spark that launched his Conservative Club at Rancho Cotate High School in the Sonoma County town of Rohnert Park and ignited two months of rhetorical ugliness on campus. It also put him on the conservative talk show circuit, including an appearance Thursday on Fox television's blustery "The O'Reilly Factor" show.

I saw this kid on O'Reilly's show last night. I've got to give him a lot of credit - he hasn't folded or even wavered in the least under an extremely hostile media proctological exam. That kind of self-assuredness is very rare in a 17-year-old. I see a very bright future for him.

That may explain why the SF Chronicle had a reporter do this report and actually post it on their sister site.

LOL....where they hell has this idiot been? The public school system doesn't need to be attacked to show Americans that it is failing our children. Thank God for private schools!!!!
