LowCarb Newfoundland Style Pork Chop Casserole
1) Trim most fat from the chops and season with salt and pepper.
2) Brown gently on both sides in butter for 15 minutes.
3) Place chops in a casserole and sprinkle with the lemon juice.
4) Add the parsley, cranberries, and rosemary. Adjust salt and pepper again because of the added ingredients.
5) Arrange the apple slices over the chops and pour the melted butter over them.
Cover and cook in a pre-heated (350.F) for 30-35 minutes
