All things in moderation, is my motto these days. We have no idea what eating this way can do to our bodies 20 years from now. In fact, I hear they're telling Adkins folks to cut back on the portions of meat they're eating because of the fat. < pet peeve>It's ATkins - ATkins not Adkins. When you dismissing something at least show enough knowledge of the subject to spell it correctly. You can always tell someone who has a strong opinion, yet has no knowledge of Atkins, yet by the fact they all spell his name the same way.< /pet peeve>

Look, honey, I was typing it in a hurry. I know enough about ATkins and I feel if people want to use it, fine. Just remember that there could be consequences down the line. I'm not dismissing it as something that works for some people. I think different things work for different bodies, but I still believe all things in moderation. I've been on trillions of diets over the years and found that eating less and exercising more is what works best for me and probably for most others.
