LowCarb Artichoke and Italian Cheese Dip
Mix ingredients together. Bake in casserole at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or in lightly buttered 3 1/2 quart slow cooker/Crock Pot on (high) for about 1 hour.
Serve with Porkrinds

I would like to make a romantic dinner for my love on Valentine's day. Alfredo sauce is one of her favorites... any good recipe ideas for me? Thanks much.

For the artichoke cheese dip, I find neufchatel cheese an excellent sub for the mayo, I use shallot vice the onion and add red marinated bell pepper.. yummy
