Although Missouri's is Ashcroft's state, is it up to him or the individual state's AG to prosecute? The lady with the smokes was a millionaire from the NY DNC. Money talks. And I'm sure our AG got a little something for his trouble.

I think the AG can intervene in election fraud of national candidates. But I can't cite a law to prove it.
