If Dubya wins the Republican nomination fairly, then he represents the Republican party. It may or may not be fair to call him a CINO, but it's ridiculous to call him a RINO.

Yep. All conservatives are not Republicans, and all Republicans are not conservative, according to the 'real' conservatives- whoever they are.
