So, if you follow the last post I did, its still 10-12 years to apply for citiznership. You have to get a green card before you can apply for citiznership. So they are still 5 years behind. They are already in the country working. Hard to find 8 million and kick them out.

They can file five years after receiving green cards, and get their citizenship a year or two after that.

Assume 3 "guest worker" years, and call it 10 years total.

You're still rewarding Illegals with citizenship.

In addition, Illegals definitely aren't five years behind those foreign nationals who are still waiting in line, playing by the rules, and didn't come in Illegally.

Hard to find 8 million and kick them out.

They know where to find themselves, and kick themselves out.

The solution, in large part, is self-deportation of Illegal Aliens.
