If Judge Moore were Buddhist, would you support his right to put a statue of Buddha in the lobby of the Federal courthouse?

No. He was an Alabama State judge. He had no authority to place decorations in any Federal Courthouse.

My bad. It's late here.

Would you have supported his right to do so in "his" courthouse (keeping in mind that it belongs to the people, but was where he worked)?
