I bought this book expecting a lot of it would be just typical Savage hype. It is one of the best books I have read, much to my surprise. I highly recommend it.

"Opposition peaks in Bush's own party: Fifty-eight percent of Republicans oppose his immigration proposal for Mexicans, compared with 50 percent of Democrats. For illegal immigrants other than Mexicans, 63 percent of Republicans are opposed."So much for mandates.

If Bush ignores this, he could lose the election next year. It's unbelievable.

HELLO INFIDELS!
The most informative and entertaining program broadcast in the media (radio AND television!) today!
Dr. Savage's thought provocation and humor will stimulate the cerebral cortex in liberals and "country-club" Republicans alike.
In a world where President Bush trades in his white hat for a sombrero and Rush has the ACLU cleansing his derriere,
I thank GOD for Michael Savage and his love for this country.
(if Mr. Savage replays his side-splittin' rendition of the nine democratic debaters "I cannot tell a lie, I chopped down the cherry tree", you will love it!)

The day after calling for bush's impeachment, he claimed he said no such thing as was "misinterpreted." He then said he was only "raising a question" and wanted to "save" bush's presidency.
I was shocked at this obvious series of bald-faced lies he spewed out. Somebody turned him around 180 degrees, hard and fast.

It just got worse. I'm listening to Savage live now. He just said, "I feel so sorry for the parents whose children are being used for cannon fodder in Iraq!" I absolutely cannot believe what I'm hearing. Savage needs to get a grip and do it fast.

A president cannot be impeached over a proposal.
Besides, Savage is a manic-depressive.

Hmm. Idle thoughts. If I was President and wanted to build wide national support for truly draconian measures to control our borders, how would I go about it? Hmm.

Since Reagan's amnesty program we had 4 years of President Bush (no action on illegals) and 8 years of Criminal Clinton (no action on illegals). All of a sudden (with a number hyped like Mitch Snyder's homeless), President Bush is vilified for doing SOMETHING?

"During his recent trip to Monterrey, Mexico, Bush reaffirmed his support of the proposal, despite its unpopularity at home. He said it could help illegal immigrants "leave the shadows and have an identity." "Why should we help ILLEGALS to have an identity. They are criminals!!!
"Impeach", NO that would be beyond stupid. Certainly we need to make enough noise to be heard by Prez Bush in the hope that he realizes he is pissing off more voters than he is gaining from the illegals.

"What else can we wish?" Fox said at the news conference with the president. This really says it all.
And Savage is correct on this issue.

(Folks who deny the President's proposal is an amnesty are being intellectually dishonest.)
