For those on this thread screaming about the President... STOP IT! and write your congressman. I call my GOP congressman on a weekly basis, and have been complaining to him about how he has been giving Bush every unconstitutionl spending increase over the past four years. Bush has NOT ONCE used a VETO on any spending bills. YES, write your congressmen, but you do have a right to be "screaming about the President", after all the GOP congressmen are doing everything he wants them to do.
