Any news story one doesn't witness themselves is by definition hearsay.
Powerful politicians--particularly there on the religiously antinomian left, are notorious for their womanizing. Doesn't surprise me in the least.
Lest we get arrogant though, conservative Strom Thurman, as well as various other conservative politicians were not exactly angels when it came to sex. Even King David had his foibles.
