In all seriousness, I am happy you got on and you sounded really professional. I'm glad you posted your comments on Free Republic. IMO, when Rush refers to a web site like this one, I think he honors us all.

Oh my, you're standing over the sink peeling the spuds for tonight and talking to the guy doing some kitchen formica work and all of a sudden your ears pick up "Free Republic" and you drop everything and stick a plug in formica guy's mouth and you hang over the little static-y K-Mart radio on the counter to drink in every word and then, wow, a freeper actually comes on and starts talking and you swoon with ecstasy and formica guy thinks you're a nut case and you don't care a hoot.

Remember this? Hearing Rush's show today made me think of this when I wrote the Rush Limbaugh is "The Passion" essay. He was full of passion today. Good stuff.

My plumber's coming tomorrow just when Rush will be on. He'll be installing a new insinkerator. The K-Mart radio will be on in the kitchen. What to do, be polite and converse while he's working, or stick a plug in his mouth?

I think I'll just move myself and the K-Mart radio to another room. He'll find me okay when he totes up the bill.

But isn't that wierd how things have come full circle? Almost four years ago to the day when your plumber was working in the kitchen and here he is working in the kitchen again. Too wierd. The date was January 19, 2005, when your plumber installed that formica.

Well, my formica guy put in my counter tops four years ago and my plumber plumbs tomorrow and they both (had)have the pleasure of listening to El Rushbo with me.

If Rush's show is on my K-Mart radio, everyone visiting my place during those three hours thinks I'm either rude or nuts.

However, I DO turn it off when Queen Elizabeth drops in for a cuppa.
