Justice ain't blind when it comes to Rush Limbaugh.
This Krischer is engaging in a malicious vendetta against Rush. I just wonder who else is pushing this political witch hunt and is it for revenge? Seems to be a complete waste of tax payer money.

Another avenue would be the A.G.'s office, but I don't know if a Republican or DemoRat holds the office. The Florida AG;s office is controlled by Republican Attorney General, Charlie Crist. The federal U.S. Attorney for that district, Southern District of Florida is a G.W. Bush appointee in Miami.

This area in South Florida has always been a Democrat stronghold.
About 35 south of West Palm Beach, in Ft. Lauderdale, the former Florida Attorney General, Robert Butterworth (D)was actually holding fund raisers for Bill Clinton inside the Florida Attorney General's office in addition to holding fund raisers for Clinton at his personal residence in Ft. Lauderdale.

Thanks for your very interesting input. It is getting harder and harder for the DA to be able to continue proclaiming that his so-called interest is in justice when it is more likely malice with intent to harm.
