[history]
January 28, 2004 -- The enraged father of a 2-year-old Yonkers girl pumped nine bullets into a paroled sex offender, killing him, because he thought the man had sexually assaulted the child, cops said yesterday. But an investigation revealed that while Richard Tunley had engaged in "inappropriate conduct," he had not actually assaulted the girl, cops said.

Oh well.
Who puts 'vaseline' on a diaper rash? You clean the child and apply mild baby powder, not vaseline.

You don't get diaper rash in the few hours that you baby sit a child anyway, and you never use vaseline.. for anything healthy anway. They do use vaseline for other reasons though. I think the father just barely kept his daughter from being raped.
He was out in less than 3 years for raping a 13yr old? What the F is wrong with our system?
and now whoever left the child with that guy should be beaten and shot next.

Exactly. If he was in prison still serving a reasonable sentence for raping the first child then he wouldn't have been out and free to try to rape a second.
John Wayne Gacy was famous for the dozens of young men he raped/murdered and then buried in his basement. He had previously been convicted of sexually molesting two boys in Chicago and put in jail. He was released early and killed all the other young men prior to the date he should still have been held. On his original release date they were checking his house looking for bodies.

The only reason he didn't kill him on the spot is that he was so angry he couldn't think straight. Once his head cleared, he did the right thing.

Torres was a violent criminal but he did the world a favor.

"He didn't get what he deserved," she said. "He didn't need to get gunned down in the street." Boo hoo hoo. Sorry, I'd rather be friends with happy children with a dead pedophile in the street than to see a live pedophile keeping up his tricks and sad children around.
Friendship counts more than friends.

"He didn't get what he deserved," she said. "He didn't need to get gunned down in the street." Yep. He should have also pumped the lead in before letting him go and beating him up. A comission of a felony would have allowed him an easy lead pumping excuse into this scum of the Earth.

"Inappropriate conduct" sounds like code-speak for something pretty nasty.
So give this fellow a freaking medal, in my book.

He certainly did, three bullets would have been more than adequate.
