Compensator here:

Great photo!
Somewhere Winston (and plenty of present-day muzzled Brits) are smiling
and thinking to themselves:
"V for VICTORY!"

He did. The tow cable was attached to the bumper's collision cylinder. Unfortunately, new compact imports like that have a unitized bumper that's only spot-welded to other sheet metal. Just tears off like a perforated coupon because it was never designed to be yanked; it was designed to crumple under impact.

I would think if the guy had fastened the tow cable right to the bumper it would have taken off the bumper but left the trunk intact. It looked to me as though the cable was fastened to something that the bumper was fastened to, but not to an adequately-strong part of the body.

I'll be thinking of the business my brother is building, and my nephew and niece.

Soooo, you think it's absolutely okey dokey that a woman with not one shred of discernable talent and who has never added a single iota of value to the human endeavor, except for making really bad home videos, should inherit $300,000,000?

Good luck with that line of thinking.

I'm sure the Daily Mirror imagines there is an 1,100 round magazine for the weapon.

This article ranks right up there with the Brit hysteria about Serbian special forces in Kosovo using British-made crossbows which were "deadly accurate to 500 yards".

BWAAAHAHAHAHAHAAA!!!

Smart people, of course, would save the spring from overcompression by only loading 1099 rounds...

1066, maybe?

Good Gawd!!

1,100 rounds a minute ...

Do you realize that's ... um... carry yer seventeen ... uh

thats 6600 rounds per hour!!

hell, if that ain't enough,

THAT'S 158,400 ROUNDS PER DAY!! THANK GOD THE BRITISH POLICE GOT THIS WMD OFF THE STREET!!

I don't suppose it matters that the biggest magazine that Glock distributed for the G-18 was 30 rounds comes into mind here... what's that? 1.7 seconds?

That 18 climbs. Big spray if aimed in the right zip code.

The NASTY G-18

I've never seen one for real, but there's an amazing mpg out there (that I can't find right now).

It's her father's, to do with as he wishes. If you don't have that line of thinking, I've got a red star for you.

Is that the best you can come up with? Look sir/ma'am, do you really believe Paris Hilton deserves a dime of her family's wealth because she's a member of the lucky sperm club? Yes, it may be her benefactor's wish that she stands to inherit $300,000,000, but would you say that she's earned it? I don't begrudge anyone's earned wealth, but the greatest legacy/inheritance a parent could leave their child is a value system that allows them to seek their own fortune, which, to the best of my knowledge, the comely Ms. Hilton has yet to demonstrate.

I believe her father earned that private property and it is his to spend as he prefers. I do not believe, merely because he amassed a fortune, that it should be surrendered to the government.

And I don't believe it should be simply passed on to a twit who has already demonstrated her total lack of judgement. Let's have a little accountability here.

Great pic on the comp. It vividly illustrates why I won't have one on a carry gun. If I had to fire from a position of retention, that vertical blast would be right into my face and eyes!

A point I've made to more than one comp-gun owner. Plus a compensated gun is much louder than an uncompensated gun. Visualize firing from inside your car at a carjacker, or inside an ATM vestibule. Kiss your hearing goodbye forever

In a market economy, your opinion is unimportant, as the only opinion that matters is the property owners

In a command economy, your opinion would still be unimportant, because the only opinion that matters is that of the Great Leader

This is clearly evidence that the U.K. needs much stricter firearms control. If they would simply just pass a law banning handguns this dangerous device would never have appeared in their country.
