Very strange. Bartholomew had already proven himself as skipper of USS Annapolis. It seems there has been a near epidemic of commanding officer relievings in the Navy in the past several years.

proven himself as skipper of USS Annapolis. But running a crew in the shipyard is a whole different deal. Miserable conditions for the crew. Sounds like his goat locker let him down.

It seems there has been a near epidemic of commanding officer relievings in the Navy in the past several years. The Navy is under new management these days. Many officers who were fine under the former administration are finding themselves less than adequate under Rumsfeld. It is a good thing that is happening.

What their political convictions were.
How many were globalists vs anti-globalists?
etc.
