Under health care could be added the President's work to cut back the lawyers' take on judgements and settlements, because that will really help to cut down the number of lawsuits which are themselves contributing to the explosion of health care costs.

Would look for Tort Reform to be a priority in his next term. He was big on Tort Reform in Texas and they finally passed Tort Reform recently which would make the President proud to be from Texas.
