"How about more attention to the flood of hate ads from
George Soros and his ethically-challenged cohorts on the
left. The Nazi-like propaganda method "tell a lie long
enough and loud enough and eventually people will believe
it" is too obvious to be ignored."
President Bush has been attacked in the most vicious manner with advertising, internet sites, speeches by candidates, candidate debates, minions of the candidates, TV pundits and 'journalists' for months.
In addition to the substantial list of accomplishments posted by Southack and Wolfstar, President Bush has had to try to ferret out and eliminate 'land mines' left for him by the previous administration. Last week the excited announcements came, "Poll numbers down!", "Dean could beat him!", "Kerry could beat him!", well, keep up the incessant drumbeat of lies and the dogcatcher could beat him.
The strength of character, control and resolve this man has is amazing. The response of most people to these assaults would inevitably be a familiar country song, "Take This Job and Shove It!". I'm grateful that President Bush has the sense of commitment to seek to continue in the office.
I am grateful as well. It is amazing the obnoxious crap he has had to put up with since 2000 and he remains positive. I don't see how he does it! I can only think what he must be muttering under his breath. Guess he needs another open mic with VP Cheney to give us another new word like he did "Clymer!"
