I would rather have a fiscally responsible and conservative administration. But we do not have that now do we?

President Bush has many great accomplishments to his credit, but this effort over the past few days to alientate and belittle those who would disagree is nothing short of hypocritical. alientate and belittle huh???

And why is it that I see no mention of his support of the Patriot Act or campaing finance reform? Oh wait, I know why. Because that didn't help conservatives or the Constitution. Apparently the title of the thread went completely over your head. I suppose you want to see a lib elected so you can really have something to b---h about. Name one candidate who has one scintilla of a chance to get elected, who is closer to your agenda.

...our usual Bush is a RINO crap posters. If some of you think your whining...
Pretty virulent, if you ask me. Do two wrongs make a right? Is reasoned discourse too much to hope for? Are conservatives questioning the domestic policy of this President wrong for having principles? Principle used to be enviable quality.

If President Clinton would have spent money like President Bush, and even suggested amnesty for literally millions that have broken our laws, every single Republican on this board would be coming unglued, mocking him, calling for his head, impeachment, etc, etc. This is painfully clear to all that are honest with themselves.
They hypocrisy between these two beltway parties is really sickening in my opinion.

That I don't know. But as for me, I don't like arguing for the sake of arguing. I believe that there are far better things to do.

There are none so blind as those who REFUSE to see. You know, this is a pretty comprehensive list; and one I haven't seen before. I've been pretty critical of the prez on this board...but I must say, all things considered; GWB's record is pretty impressive given all that has happened in the last 3 years, and coming off 8 years of Clinton. His record actually puts his dad's to shame. I will no longer claim that GWB is not conservative enough, I'll cut him slack on immigration, medicare, and spending with the hope that House and Senate Republicans will do their duty...if not now...then eventually. I also realize that 50+ years of liberalism takes time to reverse, one administration cannot turn the tide in 4 or 8 years. Let me also extend an apology to all the "bots" I've sparred with impolitely. While I still will not consider myself a "bot" I can admit when I'm wrong, and when I haven't seen the whole picture. And yes...I am being series.

You should have finished school. The Deficit under the President is lower than it was in the Clinton White House. It is just barely at 2% of the GDP. That places it very low on the list compared to other administrations. The WAR has given it a bump but as the economy gets stronger, it will come down as it always does.
This President has done nothing to cause it however.
By the way, how's things over at DU? You have the mantra down well!

So if I have a dissenting opinion, I should just walk away, right?

Two out of 60? Those were just off the top of my head. And I didn't even go through the 60 to identify those that have INCREASED the size of government or reduced states rights.
What is it with you bots that if anyone ever says anything critical it means they hate? I have never once said I hated anything. I made very clear that I disagree with a number of policies, I've never once said I hated the president so enough with your lies.
Deep down are you really liberal race baiters or what?
So your rule is that if anyone disagrees with you they have to leave? Interesting philosophy.
