This scenareo has me worried the most, even more than backpack or suitcase nukes (they are small) I would purchase a vaccination if I could. They are not for sale. Smallpox is some nasty stuff.
You obviously have not followed the posts Domestic Church and I have had on the falcons. The birds now have passports which ensure vaccinations.

I have followed but falcons fly in wide open spaces. Nothing like being couped up for ten hours with a human carrier in a piece of aluminum at 30,000 feet.
