Eid Mubarak does not refer to Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak. It's a standard greeting offering bood wishings and blessings on Eid. Kind of like saying Merry Christmas.

Most Arabic names have meanings and are in regular use as words as well as names, which makes translating a bit more difficult.

I ahvent' seen any specific threats directed towards Hosni Mubarak in quite some time. The Islamic groups reached some sort of cease fire with the Egyptian government a few years ago and they haven't been really after him for a while now.
