"Another senior law enforcement official said the intelligence being gathered is similar to what U.S. authorities were hearing during the heightened terror alert. That prompted U.S. officials to ask for the cancellation of two British Airways flights from London to Washington and six Air France flights between Paris and Los Angeles."

The airplane/nuke deal threat was reported on FR yesterday, but I can't remember the thread. A few days ago the threat was water...submarines or underwater bombing, scuba divers...the state department or homeland security issued a warning about that, and California got worried about a nuclear power plant by the sea somewhere.

One thing I would like to know is if we have dimantled so many of the big nukes and missle silo's that Russia is no longer afraid of us. In a sense we have already disarmed in that way. No need for silos when you have Trident subs patrolling every ocean on earth... We still have plenty of nukes for some "Mutual Assured Destruction."

The California plant is the Diablo Canyon Reactor plant, if I remember correctly.

There is also the San Onofre nuke plant which is just north of Camp Pendleton on the coast of CA.

So many threats and promises from these guys.

I will say it again.

These guys backs are to the wall.

They have repeated Feb.1-4 for months.

If they fail to act in the near term , their credibility will be dead.

I've seen two posts about this terrorism plot.


Post 1- NEIN apparently cound a website that had detailed plans and reported it to the DHS through the terrorism tip line- posted on their site.

Post 2- The CNN-FOX reports of some kind of aviation threat that is emerging.

Post 3- A pulled post here on FR that said something about rumors in the Washington Beltway of a terror plot that had been uncovered.


Something is definitely going on behind the scenes, but it is too early to tell what it is.
