I met Dick Morris at a Torrence bookstore.
I asked ,"what was the strategy after his poll reguarding infedelity."
Morris said very simple- lie and stonewall.

I think it was his way of staying alive, guys. When he fell from grace, he started blabbing at every opportunity, coincident with the emergence of FOX News.

He is a true political hack. IIRC, he worked for the Klintoons early on before having a falling out with them. I could be wrong but I believe he worked for Lott on one of his campaigns before going back to help the evil pair in 91 and 92.

In the resent past, he may have even started to grow a conscience.

Yes, he does political work for those who pay him for it. Having heard him several times since 9-11, I think it deeply affected him and he knows Clinton is to blame. Perhaps he is trying to redeem himself.
