I'm really not up to speed on the Limbaugh case, but didn't his housekeeper blackmail Limbaugh and then work out a immunity deal?
I'm not sure what they think in Florida, but where I come from blackmail is considered a pretty serious crime. Being a drug addict is not quite at the same level.

Nope - The first time anything about Blackmail came up was when Roy Black mentioned it at the hearing in Dec.
... and he is the only one saying anything like it.
Even when Rush gave a long explaination of what the $300,000 in cash he took out was used for, he never said anything about being blackmailed.
The Cline MAY have immunity for buying and selling drugs to Rush - as part of them ratting out their suppliers.
