When a Muslim leader clals for a jihad in a fatwa all Muslims nust head the call. So once that call goes out it means even non al-Qaeda Muslims have to heed the call. That is the dread of the jihad fatwam, because criminals, the insane and suicidal get excuses to act out their mania for Allah. This little known fact allows the feds to lie to our face and say the DC Sniper Muslims were not acting as terrorists when in fact the call of jihad was prime motivator.

We even had domestic attacks prior to 9.11.2001. The World Trade Center was bombed in 1993 and there was a sniper outside the CIA headquarters shooting agents. There may be other incidents but there doesn't seem much interest at large tying them all to the same motivator (Islamofascism).
