There are MANY things that Bush has supported and done that I dislike. I used to refuse to vote for anyone who wasn't pro-life, and still won't if there's a more conservative person who has a chance. HOWEVER, I refuse to withhold my vote from the best choice available. The other alternative is 'cutting off my nose to spite my face', so to speak.
For instance, even a pro-choice Republican would support Bush's judicial nominees for the good of the party. A dem who might win because I refused to vote for a candidate whose stand on one issue I didn't like would never vote the way I wanted anyway.
In short, not voting is foolish, and bad for you, your children AND your grandchildren.

President Bush needs to get tough with the spenders in Congress, the Pork in that Omnibus Bill is a disgrace and most of it was put in there by Republicans. I know 11 Billion of pork in a 373 Billion Dollar Omnibus Bill is just 2.75% of the whole Bill, but 11 Billion is 11 Billion, Or how I like to say 11 Billion...... 11 Thousand Million or 110 million $100.00 Bills.
The fact is that Congress is out of control and it's our job to complain to them. If we added up the last ten years of unnecessary pork spending that these congress critters have attached to every important piece of legislation. There would be no deficit

In short, me, my husband, and three grown children (one of which is in Iraq) will be voting for President Bush. The democrat alternative is nothing but "scary". We vote for a free and safe America. Enough said.
