Even a "low life millionaire hoop thug" is entitled to the presumption of innocence and the right to present a defense. The so-called "rape shield" laws stack the deck in favor of accusers and against defendants.
However, if the evidence shows he is a rapist, lock him up.

The prosecutor sounds like a publicity seeking scumbag. Hopefully, he will have his political career ruined by this trumped up charge.
