Your only alternative is Kerry/Dean/Clark/Edwards.
Do you actually believe that you will get MORE CONSERVATIVE ACCOMPLISHMENTS with any of them??
You guys who threaten not to vote for Bush because he hasn't done enough for YOU need to start to think about the COUNTRY above your own egos!

Political pundits have a name for that kind of self-indulgent and self-absorbed action which makes one feeeeel good, but is ineffective and unproductive.

So it is our own egos that we are thinking about when we oppose increasing the size of governement, amnesty for illegals, protecting the Constitution, etc. I thought we were doing it because we were thinking about the country. I think you need to take off the blinders and see the big picture. Use some common sense, how does being against these things relate to egos?

My alternative is to wirte in a conservative candidate.
And those of us who's vote he's lost aren't thinking about ourselves, we're thinking about the future of the country. Certainly more so than those willing to follow blindly while W writes blank check after blank check.

You guys who threaten not to vote for Bush because he hasn't done enough for YOU need to start to think about the COUNTRY above your own egos! Exactly, the excuses the "purest of the pure" are going from the absurd to the ridiculous.
A thread posted by World Nut Daily, quoted a "counselor" who said her patients were having anxiety attacks over Bush's immigration proposal.
Oh well, I guess he lost the Zoloft vote.

You guys who threaten not to vote for Bush because he hasn't done enough for YOU need to start to think about the COUNTRY above your own egos! I don't think you understand. We're not asking for welfare handouts for ourselves--we're asking for Bush to do what is best for the country, instead of creating new welfare entitlements, spitting on the constitution with campaign finance reform, and letting spending spiral out of control worse than Clinton ever did.
By selling out, he's giving the Democrats credibility they don't deserve, and he's putting conservatism off the map of public discourse.

You forgot to mention Al Sharpton....... One could always write him in....
I'm voting for W.

"You guys who threaten not to vote for Bush because he hasn't done enough for YOU need to start to think about the COUNTRY above your own egos!"I'm not threatening anything. I didn't vote for him last election and I won't be voting for him this election either. I will be actively working to bring CONSERVATIVE voters to the CONSTITUTION PARTY. George Bush is a moderate socialist at best. He knowingly VIOLATED his oath of office by signing McCain/Fiengold's Campaign Finance Reform Bill, violating our 1st Amendment Freedoms. He has also indicated that he supports renewal of the un-Constitutional so-called "Assault Weapons" ban. Freedom of Speech and the Right to Keep and Bear Arms might not mean much to you.....but Bush will discover this upcoming election that it still means something to many Americans, myself included.
