The White House website has video, audio, and text transcripts of the 2004 State of the Union address.
Interesting to me is the fact that in addition to the English and Spanish versions of the official transcript, there is also an Arabic translation available in PDF format.

I guess that the Arabic translation is there for those in Iraq and the Middle East at large.
