I hope the people who made this list do not have children of their own. they are clearly crack addicts.

33. "Gandhi" (1982) A perfect illustration of the saying, "The mind can only absorb what the seat can endure." The only movie my husband and I ever walked out of from sheer boredom.

LOL!! If only I had been allowed to! I could not escape, my 7th or 8th grade class was taken to this film. I was not sure it was even worth getting out of class for.

Why'd you do that?

Because you let me.

Gee, how could they forget "Midnight Cowboy" and "The Deer Hunter"????

They both lost out to "Debbie Does Mr. Roger;s Neighborhood", which sadly didn't make the final cut.

I can tape your buns together.

A naked lady walks into a bar with a poodle under one arm, and a 2 ft salami under the other. She sits down and puts the poodle on the bar. The bartender says, "I guess you won't be needing a drink". The naked lady says...aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh!

My wife and I always have the subtitles on. At first our kids were annoyed but they got used to it, and it helps the younger ones with their reading. Plus people would be surprised how much dialogue can pass them by. AND you can see the places where the script got changed at the last minute, or somebody didn't get their lines exactly right, because they base the subtitles on the script

What film is Disney not selling in this country because it is racist here but is not racist in Europe or Asia?

95. "Walkabout" (1971)

One of my favorite movies, but I would not recommend it for 8-12 year olds! Three "children" (2 white and one aborigine)wandering arond the outback with lots of beautiful Australian scenery, but also lots of images of death and dying (including the suicide of the children's father which necessitated their wandering around the countryside) - a very "dark" story IMHO.

I'd expect a little more out of a varsity letterman.

You're right, it's wrong to destroy literature. And, Mo-lay really pumps my nads.

The Phantom Menace went straight to network tv for its television premiere. That is not a knock at it, because Fox paid tens of millions of dollars for the right to air it a certain number of times. It has done so at least 3 times, I think. Other movies have gone this route too.

Sooner or later Fox's lease will expire, then it will show up on cable.

Because she skipped school to go shopping, which doesn't make her defective.
