Hillary looked like she had a stroke when President Bush mentioned that the '93 WTC bombing was only partially prosecuted, that we only caught SOME of the people involved, not all of them, and that the rest of them went on to plan bigger things.
Her mouth was drooping at an odd angle and I really thought she'd stroked out.
